• Schematic Design - At this stage we will consult with you to understand the project at hand. Using our trusted architects, we can develop the floor plans, site plans and building elevations. This will give you a complete description of the building systems (structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical), interior and exterior finishes and the building site.

• Construction Documents - Once all items/ spec have been agreed, we will be able to provide a complete set of drawings, filling in all the details/ elements of the design.

• Begin scope of works - If you decide we are the right company for you, we can then begin transforming your home.
